Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- 1 year of team management experience, or at least 2-3 manpower
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or related fields is a plus
- Proven sales and customer service experience
- Proficiency in G Suite Apps
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Fluent Mandarin speaking is a bonus
Major Tasks:
- Assist in managing leads and scheduling free trial classes
- Update call logs and take note of feedback
- Meet individual and team targets
- Perform Sales Manager duties when needed
- Communicate with customers and generate sales opportunities
- Research and identify potential customers
- Collaborate with team members to develop sales strategies
- Overcome objections and provide solutions to customers
- Ensure follow-up with leads
- Assist with technical issues and escalate feedback to management
- Engage with participants during free trial classes
